Chromebook Effect: Microsoft Announces Cheaper Version of Windows for OEMs
Microsoft has announced “Windows 8.1 with Bing”, a cheaper edition of its Windows operating system for OEMs. This special edition of Windows would have Bing as the default search engine within the Internet Explorer.
